As you hike through tropical rainforest, mangroves, and coastal habitats, your certified naturalist guide will help you spot some of Corcovado’s most iconic wildlife:
Sloths, monkeys, peccaries, tapirs, trogons, and raptors.
With some luck, you may even observe signs of elusive big cats like pumas or jaguars.
Tour Description
Departure: 6:00 AM or 8:00 AM (depending on availability)
Meeting Points: Main beach in front of Roberto’s Seafood Restaurant or Rancho Corcovado Hotel
Boat Ride: ~1 hour each way, depending on sea conditions
Hiking Time: Approximately 5 hours on marked trails around Sirena Station
Lunch: Served at Sirena Ranger Station
Return: Approx. 2:00 PM or 4:00 PM to Drake Bay
