What to Expect

This course is ideal for beginners with no prior diving experience. You’ll learn in small groups, guided by certified PADI instructors who prioritize safety, comfort, and fun. The program includes:

Hands-on practice in confined water (pool)

Four open water dives at Caño Island

Course Overview: Your Certification in 3 Days

Day 1 – Confined water training (in a pool or calm bay)
Day 2 – First two open water dives at Caño Island
Day 3 – Final two certification dives at Caño Island

Each session is designed to build confidence and prepare you for independent diving. By the end of day three, you’ll be a certified PADI Open Water Diver.

Who Can Take This Course?

Ages 10 and up

No prior diving experience required

Must be comfortable in water and in general good health

No expert swimming skills needed

Must complete a PADI Medical Questionnaire (doctor clearance required only if any answer is “yes”)
